Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern purchases from and use of Legacy Family Furniture LLC's website and services.

Products and inventory

LFF sells furniture, home essentials and other products that may include returns, overstock, discontinued and limited inventory. Many products are one of a kind and may be offered at significant savings from original retail. Product condition and applicable information are disclosed on the listing. Availability is subject to change until successful payment/approved financing confirms the order.

Orders/payment

An order is confirmed only after successful payment or approved financing. The customer then receives the applicable Order Number, Invoice and Order QR Code. Version 1 payment processing uses Stripe; eligible financing uses Affirm and is subject to Affirm's approval/terms.

Product condition and acceptance

Customers review the listing and inspect at pickup/delivery. Payment constitutes acceptance of the disclosed/current condition ("as is") subject to POL-001.

Returns

Eligible issues must be reported within 48 hours. POL-001 controls eligible returns. For an approved discretionary return, the customer returns the item to LFF; 20% restocking and applicable 3% card-processing fees are deducted; the remaining eligible balance is store credit. Those deductions do not apply to LFF/delivery-provider damage, material misdescription, or wrong product.

Fulfillment

Pickup is governed by POL-003. Local delivery is governed by POL-004. Shipping is only for eligible products and is governed by POL-005.

Communications

LFF may use supplied email/phone information for necessary order and service communications. Marketing SMS requires separate POL-002 consent.

Privacy

Customer information is governed by POL-006.

Website use

Users may browse, purchase and use available services, but may not intentionally interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, misuse customer/business information, or use the website unlawfully.
