Shipping Policy for Small Items

Shipping is available only for eligible small items.

Furniture uses approved pickup or local-delivery options. Mixed furniture + small-item orders do not use standard parcel shipping.

After successful payment/approved financing, the customer receives the applicable Order Number, Invoice and Order QR Code. LFF prepares and verifies the order before release for shipping.

Inspect the shipment on arrival for shipping damage, missing items/parts, material differences from the description, or wrong products. Report eligible issues to Customer Care within 48 hours of confirmed delivery and keep the item and packaging while the issue is reviewed.

Approved returns remain subject to POL-001. The customer is responsible for returning an approved return unless the approved resolution states otherwise.

Discretionary returns are subject to the approved 20% restocking fee plus applicable 3% card-processing fee, with remaining eligible balance issued as store credit. Those deductions do not apply to LFF/delivery-provider shipping damage, material misdescription, or wrong product.
