Legacy Family Furniture LLC respects customer privacy and is committed to protecting personal information.

Information collected

Depending on the interaction, LFF may collect name, email, phone, billing/delivery information, order/invoice information, pickup/delivery/shipping information, customer communications, account information, payment/financing information required for transactions, Customer Care information, and information necessary for website security/operation.

Uses

Information may be used to process/manage orders, payments and financing; provide confirmations/invoices; arrange fulfillment; send transactional SMS/email; provide customer service; maintain records; operate/protect the website and business systems; and meet applicable legal/accounting requirements.

Payments and financing

Approved third-party providers process payments/financing. Version 1 uses Stripe for payment processing and Affirm for eligible financing. Complete card data should be handled by the approved payment provider rather than stored in LFF-BOS.

Communications

Order/service communications may include confirmation, pickup, delivery, shipping, Customer Care and satisfaction follow-up. Marketing communications require separate consent.

Marketing SMS

Recurring automated marketing messages require separate sign-up. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.

Sharing

LFF may share information as reasonably necessary with approved payment, financing, delivery/shipping, technology, email/SMS, accounting/business-administration providers, or as required by law. LFF does not sell personal information to advertisers.

Security and retention

LFF uses reasonable administrative/technical safeguards. Information is retained as reasonably necessary to support transactions, records, service, disputes/exceptions and applicable legal requirements.

Choices

Customers may unsubscribe from marketing SMS/email. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary transactional communications for active orders/service matters.
